[IAC++] SPEEDY TRIAL IS MUST FOR ALL RAPE CASES

Indian Govt is Controlled & Commanded by a Lady. Parliament is headed by a Lady. The Leader of opposition is also a Lady. And all of them are showing there deep sympathy for the Gang rape victim and anger against such heinous Crimes. The entire Parliament & the People of this Country are also in support. 

Then why can't this Govt fix a Time Frame for Speedy Trial of all such pending and future cases?   

There are thousands of Rape Cases pending for disposal in our country. Its high time for the Govt. & Judiciary both to come forward and start Speedy Trial (on the lines of Bihar), Give Exemplary Punishment to the culprits & dispose all such cases within a stipulated time frame.
