[IAC++] Delhi HC rejected challenge to vires of Sections 8(1)(d) and 8(1)(e) of RTI Act.

Dear All,

On 21st November 2012 Delhi High Court rejected challenge to the vires of Sections 8(1)(d) and 8(1)(e) of RTI Act.
