Over the years many people have objected to my use of the term "harami" on this group (and its precursor - RTI_India).
These late comers have no idea why we use this term.
The terms "harami" is most definitely not "Parliamentary" for the reason that the languages it comes from are not the language of any Parliament of India. From Hindusthani and Arabic the terms simply means and is openly and widely understood to mean "thieving bastards".
So when I say "NGO harami" it encompasses the entire class of parasites known as NGO who are destroying the RTI movement in India. The members of this class are lazy (but clever) good for nothings and should be recognised and dealt with as such. If you see a thief cut off his hands, if you see an NGO harami cut off his tongue.
If anyone has any doubts on this, I shall only give the example of late Rahul Mangaonkar and the shameless (and completely despicable) antics after his demise carried out by these NGO haramis in his name. Whenever I think of NGOs, Rahul's example always serves to remind me what haramis these NGOs are.
