| It did not take long (or any public discussion) for Dr. Um...Um Singh to pass massive pay hikes for MPs and babaus. But even after 44 years, he does not want to pass A REAL Lokpal Bill. And even after 30 years since the recommendations of the Law Commission, he refuses to increase the number of judges 3 or 5 fold. He also reportedly attempted to dilute the RTI Act, but was foiled in his attempts by Mr. Anna Hazare and others. It appears that he is basically and only a babu at heart and in mind. Victor |
