Re: [HumJanenge] Re: Anna Hazare "a most corrupt individual and a hypocrite" says Suresh Jain

Its better to light a candle that curse the darkness
Along with some of the most prominent/knowledgeable persons I'm attempting to provide inputs to the propsed Committee preparing the dragt legislation on Lok Pal.
Clause-by clause members are requested to please offer their comments so that ,say from side of this, and with collaborative efforts of this group, and with fullest permission of this group we could conjointly send a draft that could make sense.
Those offering suggestions could first do a SWOT analysis on their own to see the suitability of the suggestion. Also to create suggestions, through creative thinking and decision-making, the members could gainfully employ(as recommended to even MNC hochos) DATT(Direct Atttention Thinking Tools)---10 principles created by Edward De Bono, twienth century's great "creatitivity/parallet thinking" author. Just Google and see the ten principles. It'll be truly enlightining. As a visiting faculty I teach the same in academia.
Lets make opportunity out of adversity(scams/scandalsetc) and ensure a deterrence mechanism, more than investigative/punitive one.
I'll just share a doc on VIGIL on EXCELLENCE,which transcends the status-quoist,neutrality-centered traditional vigilance/anti-corruption approach. The advanced economies have long back been working on super excellence(i.e. dynamic/innovative) models.Things should not only not be wrong but the right itself be in the best possible  *(dynamic/competitive) way. I used these concepts not only in my doctoral dissertation on KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT but in all walks of life, including official one.
The great RTI movement, seemingly principally aiming at achieving corruption-free governance is ALSO meant to ensure  BEST (not any ordinary one) public interest, and that, too, through participative process, which,in turn is enabled through acquisition of info on all aspects ofv governance(including decisio-making process) .
The wayward debate the group indulges in is akin to old women's noon-time endless and meaningless gossip.
We need focussed/objective-oriented approach in life and not meandering chats/posts.
Can I with folded hands pray my esteemed group members that trhe opportunity to make constructive contribution not be lost and the worthless posts be eschewed?

Hello,

Some Action has been iniated, let us encourage it !
Even if we are not able to contribute very much let us not put any
stumbling blocks. Also, let us see some concrete, written
'Declarations....Notifications' before we are lured into ending the
fasts.
Perhaps, Mr Anna Hazare, may eat something to survive, yet continue
with the 'Dharna' and let others continue to fast...'Relay Fasts'

Bests
