[HumJanenge] Civil WP 466 of 2010's order to protect activists not implemented till date

May 2010 order though prima facie a good order seems to be sold by the Bombay high court, but since a HC order like this  cannot be taken back, we must intervene on 18/04/2011 in HC for the protection of activist's rights
