Re: [HumJanenge] Clerk penalized by IC SG for delay

Will some enlightened person well versed in functioning of Govt inform me of
a UDC (upper division clerk) is an "officer" or not (for purposes of 5.4 and 5.5
of RTI Act). I thought that they are classifed as "employees".
