Hope some day in some case the Supreme court gives this judgement also, that since RTI allows any document that is a public document which should otherwise be publish on respective government website and any citizen that demand information of such document under his right to information, when demanding such information, it should .not be necessary for citizen to reveal his personal identity. Personal identity of applicant may otherwise be used or leaked by those in authority to victimise the applicant, and all such information the applicant should have right to receive even by email without his personal appearance or giving his postal address.   rgds,   Jitendra Gupta
