Sub: PUBLIC GRIEVANCE: NAC's flouting grievance directives of Cabinet Secretariat etc.

I am again constrained to formally bring to your notice the complete lack of communication / respect the NAC has for the public of India. I refer to my several grievance emails and telephone calls to your office, inter-alia also requesting an appointment / opportunity to speak to you concerning my public grievances with the NAC. As these ignored communications are numerous I shall not list / set them out in the interest of brevity. In this context, I  particularly draw your attention to 2 DOs issues by the Cabinet Secretariat and the DARPG respectively. I am attaching them as PDF files for your ready reference.

The first DO issued by the Cabinet Secretary deals with the importance of basic, courtesy calling back and responding to public.

The second DO issued by Secretary DARPG deals with the requirement of acknowledging all public grievances immediately or within 3 days in any case, and the requirement of giving a redressing the grievance by a reasoned order within 2 months.

I hope that the NAC shall adhere to these directives of Government in both letter and spirit in my case so that I can participate in and assist the NAC in achieving true swaraj for the 'aam aadmi' by the front door of statutory process.
