You are right , recently the appointment of  chief infomation and other information commissoners are appointed in karnatka is appointed over night without taking any public notice and giving any opportunity to eligible and real eminent persons in society , we made protest regarding this , but the government is deaf and not interested to impletment rti act effectively and to bring good governance

I am still awaiting response.   Article 16 continuing serious violation has essentially helped the influential section of the society to continue their hold in Administration and in Judiciary. I wonder whether HCs and SC would be inclined to take Suo Moto cognizance of this serious violation of Constitution and also Human Rights violation for corrective action?
