Dear Murali, As you have invited activists from all over india for Sting Operation of CIC and SICs. Now you are asking to speak about  experiences in CIC only. As i know,functioning of CIC is far better than the functioning of SICs. Appeallent  of jharkhand are facing the problem to extreme.Some commissioners behave so rudely that a new appeallent will think hundred times before appearing second time. We are organising a public hearing on the functioning of jharkhand State Information Commission on 5th december in Ranchi.RTI Activists/users across the Jharkhand will be participating in the event.If you are interested in  recording the statements of various RTI activists about their experiences in SIC, please send yourcamera  team to Ranchi.   Regards.
