Re: [HumJanenge] Re: "Judge Uncle Syndrome" in the High Courts

Dear Ms Singh

1) I don't consider myself to be an activist. My views on activists
(and especially RTI activists) are in the public domain.

2) I don't recall using the phrase "high-end". It resonates with say
"high end" whore or "High class" prostitute.

3) I have never corresponded with Mr Rejimon for a very long time now.

4) You have now started coming across my posts because somebody has
subscribed you to this group (after laying hands on the members list
of rti4..@yg ..)

5) I am not spewing "venom". I am releasing material (almost
exclusively govt records) into the public space which the
establishment wants suppressed.

6) For me personally, the important things is that the "system" should
be "fair". I am not asking for the system to be transparent. In fact
my experience is that transparency runs counter to fairness. We need
fair exams, fair courts, fair tribunals like the CIC/SICs.
Whenever, I come across examples of unfairness, I shall post to this
group (and other
groups) with supporting evidence and if you still want to stop me then
I must seriously
question your motives.
