[HumJanenge] Habibullah sits at the high table of RTI haramis

In one of his last orders as CIC, Mr Wajahat Habibullah had referred
to my posts on various RTI blogs and sanctified the term 'RTI haramis'
in his order.

Mr Habibullah had also carefully clarified that Shekhar Singh stood in
as equal a "friendship" with him as I did (which we all know to be a
blatant lie).

Now Mr Habibullah has (again) revealed his true nature as
a) a scrounger off the scraps which fall from Sonia Gandhi's table(s)
b) a traitor to the Transparency cause (ie. an RTI harami) along with
his massively foreign financed ex-babu friends like Aruna Roy and
Shekhar Singh, .

This shows us how the NCPRI/NAC/Congress mafia operates. A few high
leaders (traitors) draft everything and then present it to the general
body to rubber stamp (ratify). Does this sound familiar ?

Now the question is what do citizens want ?

1) AMEND the RTI Act and resolve all those grey areas which could
never be addressed while Mr Habibullah was placed there.
2) AMEND the RTI Rules the same way
