I completely agree with you on the last 2 points
The Right to Information Act, 2005 and the operative rules are in
urgent need of amendment.
I urge you to do whatever you can to ensure that citizen friendly
rules are notified as soon as possible. You may consider if a response
drafted by you to the draft amendment to RTI Rules can be submitted on
behalf of the members of this group.
