I'll inform you as best I can.But your queries are not in the sequence to properly answer. So I'll do this free-form, and if there's anything left over we can get back to you.
1) IAC is a body of persons affiliated to / originated from the Hindustan Republican Association as a component of HRA's original Constitution/Manifesto. As a revolutionary freedom fighting organisation HRA had many underground and overground groups.
2) It is registered in Uttar Pradesh for purposes of fighting some legal matters in Allahabad High Court. I presume it is still registered because IAC in Dec 2010 planned to use the name/style to file a PIL from Arvind's address in Vaishali/Ghaziabad (UP) against CWG-2010 scams.
3) The historical Constitution and Manifesto of the HRA is easily accessible on the internet. I believe they are still regularly used / referred and any HRA member on this list can assist you with any queries you have on these or their updated versions.
4) Everyone on this list is automatically assume to be a subscriber to IAC movement. I use the word "subscriber" instead of "member". The views/objectives etc. of IAC are being gradually disseminated over this list for the last 40 days. Based on subscriber feedback, the manifesto of the new IAC has evolved and is fully ready in draft form to incorporate the wishes of subscribers.
.
5) IAC is democratic in the sense that it only recognises the "individual" and does not acknowledge any "organisation" of persons - including itself. (The organisation has assumed various forms to interact with the external reality, but such organisation has no existence internally). There is no leadership and no hierarchy. "You" are as equal as "I" am. There is no High Command.
6) Any (unaffilated) person can join IAC formally or informally by imbibing and accepting its ideals . All actions in IAC space are public and archived. IAC is not a secret society. IAC does not believe any money or donation or formal oath and/or pledge is required to join IAC.
7) IAC believes that elections are highly divisive tools wielded to misguide Indians to loot the nation and benefit a small fraction of the citizenry. IAC is against elections in principle. IAC is also against Political Parties (and consequently politicians) in principle.
8) HRA is the parent body, because they are stated to have "loaned" their name to an ex-IAC person to fight a PIL - the details of which I am not privy to (also since I am not an HRA member nor do I entirely share their vision) . That process apparently didn't take place and the ex-IAC (now AAP) people agreed not to use the IAC name in future. It seems they have honorably stuck to their end of the bargain.
9) The need for revolutionary spirit continues because India is still ruled by the East Italian Mafia company HQ'ed in New York/Washington with global offices everywhere.
10) In short, the previous IAC had 2 factions. The "soft" (ie. "naram" group) has left taking their useless ("warm body, 1 man 1 vote) numbers with them to take the political road lusting after "power". What remains behind in IAC is the "Garam" (hardline hot-headed hardcore group) which eschews politics or organisation or Gandhigiri or wearing "topis" of any colour except camouflage.

Dear Sarbajit,
Would you kindly answer the following questions on IAC:
1. Is IAC a registered body? If yes, please share the details. If not what's it?
2. Is there an article or constitution? What are its objectives?
3. Is there a membership? How many members are there? Who are the members? How can citizens become members?
3. Is there a governing body or committee administering IAC as per constitution or is it run by one person?
4. Is IAC a democratic organization? Are there provisions for elections to the governing body?
5. What are the objectives of IAC. How would it support its members. How do members participate in the activities of IAC?
6. Is it a transparent and accountable entity? What are its governing rules, finances, etc.
7. Please add any other relevant details not included here, but of general interest to members.
8. Is there a IAC manifesto as stated. My apologies if I missed the document. Please attach.
9. You have stated: "6) IAC is a patriotic movement of ancient lineage and revolutionary spirit. Members are requested to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the morals of the parent Hindustan Republican Association which secured for India independence from foreign rule in a non-sectarian and non-communal revolutionary manner. Membership in the IAC casts upon all Indians a primary Constitutional duty to defend the sovereignty, unity and integrity of the nation and its people by all means, including violence if necessary."
Question: What is the need for any revolutionary spirit which may have been relevant for obtaining freedom. Is it relevant today. How can you say "including violence if necessary". Is it not against the law? How can anyone subscribe to violence in a democracy? Please clarify.
10. How are you claiming HRA as the parent organization?
Best,
Kris Dev
