1) I think you may have missed (or overlooked) an email thread  on this list titled "Voice of HRARMY" started by "Bhagat SIngh Azad" suggesting directions of IAC based on HRA ideology. The HRA Manifestoi is quite detailed on use of violence as a tool of last resort (I presume that is what you were asking) I'm not sure if it means using economic incentives or sexual blackmail and honeypots etc .. must ask them..

2)  "Gandhis" are all these topiwallahs (white, black, black-on-white,red) etc. in their Armani dhotis, or cotton knickers or khadi kurta pajamas,. who are nothing but touts and lackeys of the invading imperial occupying force. Like twittering birds whose chatter betrays the movement of the tiger trying to move in for the kill, such interfering pests deserve to be exterminated en-masse as per classical HRA theory..
