[IAC++] Gujarat Teachers Repeatedly Gang Raped the Student.

Dear All,

Presently hotly discussed Delhi Gang-Rape case reminds me of the case of Repeated Gang Raping the Student by Teachers.

The peculiarity of the case is that the Gujarat Woman Minister Mrs Anandiben Patel knowingly allowed the well planned and precisely executed Gang-Rape on Student.  

The teachers shaved the private parts of the student before raping.

And, they tossed coin to decide who will rape her the first.

What all I would say is "National Commissions, toothless bodies, need strengthening to be effective."
