Sir, Please re-send the appeal enclosing the record of dispatch of First appeal filed earlier as going to State Commission will not serve your purpose. after a year or so, Commission will direct the First Appellate Authority to pass an order and give you the right to file appeal after getting reply, if unsatisfactory. So, best would be that you send an appeal with the reference to the earlier one so that you can directly file second appeal immediately in case you dont get satisfactory reply, rather than waiting for an year to reach that stage. The information seeked was not provided in the response. I filed the first appeal on 10/06/2011 by speed post. Still there is no information. I called BDA commissioner's office today and the lady in his office said that she has not received the appeal. She further gave me PRO office number to check, I called PRO office, and the lady there told checked the records.
