Dear Sarabjit & Abhimanyu
This is O.K. that Mr. Thomas the CVS resigns, who faces inquiry.It is
a great news for all RTI Activists that he is appointed as CIC.

An accused is awarded, I fail to understand how & why?.
This news may be false also. Ex CVC need not be appointed to the post of CIC.
If appointed, lot of controversy may arise.
