[HumJanenge] RTI challenges

This is the first in a series of simple RTI challenges.
As the series progresses the challenge gets tougher.

Recently the Punjab High Court disallowed a former IGP
from accessing Sonia's Gandhi's "religion" which she
had (supposedly) declared in her Census returns.
Disclosure of census data/ information is explicitly
barred in the Census Act.

My RTI Challenge;
How to access Sonia Gandhi's "religion" using RTI ?

Please post strategies to this thread. Then we shall
implement it in practice.
