As a moderator of RTI4empowerment.yahoogroup I closed the idiotic poll started by Mr Dhirendra Krishna when I observed the trend going against him. The automatically generated final results were posted to both yahoo and google groups.
Now I find that Mr Krishna has reopened the poll to try and rig the results and deleted the results from the Yahoo group.
