He will be a choice of Moily Sahab, as also of P.M. &
Mahamahim President, if he is appointed as Judge of SC, as you have
written.
Nothing can be said.
his 'Chamcha Log' may be busy & working on the appointment
for his new post.
Let us wait & see.
Let all RTI Activists be ready to come on the Road to hold
a National level Protest, if he is appointed CIC.
Bigger protest may be if he is appointed as SC Judge, as you say.
