On the CVC Thomas issue, the RTI activists kept mum when PM) decided
to give present CabSec a 2nd extension thereby frustrating many senior level
secretaries and causing the present crisis.

Similarly nobody questions the stranglehold the PMO Malayali mafia has
on senior posts starting from K.M.Chandrashekhar, TKA Nair, Thomas ...
