Re: [HumJanenge] CVC to resign and be appointed as CIC

My humble request to the lay and the erudite both has been figuring out a conjoit document that impresses the masses about the role of RTI and its activists in overall public interest.
Its at three levels
1 Operational:  Covering bulk ok individual cases as generally spoken about Certificates,Licences File cleacrances etc;
2.Administration: Covering unfair judgements,misuse of authority/discretion,as in award of contracts,Personnel issues etc;
3..Policy : Where politiva decision making and turning and twisting the Rules/
    Regulations is done,often with connivance of top level officials,and invariably for
    wrongful(direct/indirect,overt/covert) gain for the decision makers etc and
    wromgful loss to public interest/others.
In Vigilance and Anti-Coruption arena where I worked for 14 long years in different spells,the idea was normally to catch the big fish using Pareto's famous Law 80 20;thats with just twenty percent effort getting eighty percent public interest served.
We need to devise our internal mechanism to avoid bickering(its not dissent or debate or discourse anyway) and come up with strayegy for confederating our efforts,specially for larger issues.
Even the Courts and Politicos recognise,in a democratic polity value of (large) numbers that could be shown to rally around a legal/moral point.
Functiong on vaeious blogs I'm often requesting the esteemed colleagues to maintain a great sense of cordiality and grace,in our debates and always to look outwards to the public issues and mighty challenges,rather than squander out time and resources in inward discussions.
The issues and challenges,therefore need to be clearly defined/spelt out,so as to avoid meanderind posts.Quality and not quantity of dialogue needs to matter of our common concern.That way we attract more serious prospective participants to the fora and add value to the(idealistic) effort.

Dear Sarabjit & Abhimanyu
This is O.K. that Mr.  Thomas the CVS resigns, who faces inquiry.It is
a great news for all RTI Activists that he is appointed as CIC.

An accused is awarded, I fail to understand how & why?.
This news may be false also. Ex CVC need not be appointed to the post of CIC.
If appointed, lot of controversy may arise.
May God bless the King & the Singh
