[HumJanenge] The rot in CIC registry: Thousands of appeals and complaints sold in 'raddi'

The CIC doesn't know what to do with this revelation.

An inquiry into the function of the CIC's registry has revealed that
the Commission during 2008 and 2009 sold over 12 tonnes of
waste paper to kabadiwallahs without following proper procedure
at old JNU campus.

Insiders reveal that at least 10,000 appeals and complaints must
have found their way into the 'raddi'.

Faced with this horrendous situation, the CIC has quite properly
decided not to publish its monthly disposal figures since Sept 2009.
