In the course searching the net for legal precedents in a case against CBI which IAC is defending I came across this little gem of a judgment.

A Mr. Anil Gidwani came back from USA to India (Mumbai) in 1998 and stepped into the shoes of his grandfather who had started litigation in 1961 to remove a tenant (a lady lawyer) .How Mr. Gidwani taught himself law to successfully argue against the present Attorney General's Petition is quite instructive and illuminates the legal acumen, if any, of India's top law officer (a Mr. Goolam E Vahanvati) in filing vexatious litigation.
IAC's "Toffee No.1" goes out to Mr. Gidwani. If anybody knows Mr. Gidwani please congratulate him
Readers are encouraged to nominate more unsung "heros of the resistance" to share their stories with.
