Dear All, independent judiciary is a myth. As long as there is re-employment for the judges, complete independence cannot come about. HS

Dear All,
I agree with Sri Raizada. In absence of Collegium entrance for politicians would be wide open.It is well known that even active politicians were given chance.Once a
committed Judiciary was a call. All aspects need to be considered before criticizing
a system.

Shri Vaghela ji:The issue does not seem to be that simple. To maintain the independence of the judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium evolved. If you let politicians get into this, it is easy to understand that the rot will also seep into the judiciary (even though, there is corruption in judiciary as such even now).
