Dear Ratnesh ji
As a very long time personality associated with IAC you are very well placed to understand the problems the IAC movement has travelled from 2010 till now. Although I and my team had decided to keep away from the movement then on principled grounds (too many corrupt people) , it is not as though we were unaware of all the factional squabbles taking place even in say Patna, and all the money which was being collected in IAC's name and siphoned off, all the political persons who tried to infiltrate the movement to give it a bad name etc.. etc. I will not name names here since it is pointless.
All these things came to pass because IAC was projected as a "people's movement". The only things which mattered then were
a) That there should be crowds - the movement operated on Akbar's mansabdari system - whoever could bring money and crowds was welcomed.
b) That there should be Jan Lokpal Bill to fool the public and keep them diverted for another 5 years so that either Congress or BJP (it makes no difference which since they are one and the same) stays in power at Centre. so that wholesale loot can continue like always.
c) That there should always be some tamasha going on in the media -preferably the TV media - so that public gets distracted and misled for same reason.
The only reason IAC started unraveling from June 2012 was because a) No crowds b) No JanLokpal Bill c) No tamasha because TV channels and public were fed up.
I am pleased to inform everybody that THIS IAC will not function in that way. We are 180 degrees the opposite. You are very sadly mistaken if you believe that IAC exists only in cyber-space. Today IAC has 100 times more adherents than any IAC has ever had. They will wear their identity proudly at the right time. IAC workers are not student 'velas' who post idle comments on social media and fool themselves they are doing their bit for the nation. In fact vast majority are illiterate or poorly educated but very hardworking and nobody's fool. They are the salt of Bharat and as well organised as any reform movement in the world can be.
That is all I have to say on this subject for the moment. I am only saying even this because I was requested to reply to you.
IAC is not only a movement BY the people, it is equally a movement FOR the people.
