[IAC#RG] Help required in citation of Supreme Court judgment

Some years ago the supreme court had passed a judgment to the effect that an MP is entitled to immunity from prosecution only so long as he functions in a lawful and performs the duties expected of of an MP and not otherwise.

Can you please provide me the citation / details of that case?
