I refer to my email request for information dt 7.02.2013 appended below. I am constrained to say that I have not received any acknowledgment of my request which was sent via the email considering its urgent nature so that it may reach you directly for action.For your ready reference, I direct your kind attention to item (v) at page 7 in the following double-bench decision of the Central Information Commission in one of my matters which is accessible at the following link.

and which is reproduced below for your convenience
"Needless to say, the information disclosed by the Public Authorities under sections 4(1)(b) and 4(1)(c) of the Act is a proactive disclosure and the Public Authorities are required to provide immediate access to this material as and when so requested , without the requirement of filing any written request and the charging of any fee,"
I am happy to say that this position was further confirmed/upheld by the Double Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in WP(C) 12714/2009 in its judgment.
I therefore look forward to receiving some acknowledgment / intimation from your side, as the information required is eagerly awaited by India Against Corruption's membership.

I am sending this email seeking information u/s 4(1)(c) of the RTI Act on behalf of the subscribers to India Against Corruption jan andolan.
I refer to the Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance 2013, or suchlike, approved by his Eminence the Hon'ble President of India very recently, and which contained, inter-alia, the following text in its preamble.
"AND WHEREAS Parliament is not in session and the President is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action to give effect to the provisions of the said Bill with certain modifications;"
Accordingly, the subscribers of India Against Corruption people's movement would like to be properly informed about the specific and exact circumstances, based on the records, which existed rendering it necessary for the Hon'ble President of India to act immediately to give effect to the provisions of the Bill cited.
It is pertinent to mention that India Against Corruption had responded to the public notice issued for the Justice J.S.Verma Committee on Criminal Law amendments to ensure safety of women against sexual assault, and we are interested in everything connected with the process of amending the Criminal Laws of India to ensure the safety of women.
I would be obliged if the information is urgently conveyed to me by return email in view of the large public interest involved. Alternatively, it is requested that the same may kindly be uploaded to your website, under intimation to the undersigned, for wide dissemination.
