I had great regards for S.R. he is learned n intellegent, however he gets carried over, and should mind his language.its better to be polite than arrogant, RTI is having a slow death, more and more PIO's r becoming defiant, because 1st appeallate authority takes up for PIO  and 2nd appeals have no backbone they r govt babus, appointed by govt for govt officials
