[HumJanenge] Re: RTI First Appeal u/s 19 of RTI Act

Please reread para 25 carefully. The statement is qualified and the
judgment is the opposite of what you assume it to be.

The Court is actually cautioning the PIO not to disclose information
relating to 3rd party without considering all the privacy related
aspects, as the information would THEN be in the public domain.to an
information seeker who can publish it to the world.

Para 25 does not hold that information given in RTI can be disclosed
to the world.
