RTI is only an additional tool that does not mean that we have surrendered the right to peaceful demonstration and other rights too. As suggested by Mr. Yadav, matter shld be taken up with the NHRC and National Commission for Women, if it comes in their domain. Rti4empowerment.GG and other groups may send a solidarity message to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal with a copy to the media at this juncture. Other message to ToI, NDTV and others condemning police action. I sent following email to Arvind ji and Kabir in the morning at around 9.00 soon after reading the news in the paper on behalf or my organisation i.e. Dwarka Forum. Tried to contact Mr. Arvind yesterday but it seems that his mobile no has changed. My dear Arvind ji, Dwarka Forum condemns the police atrocities on the peaceful demonstration organized by you and demand inquiry and punishment for the guilty officers of NOIDA Police. At this juncture, we support the noble cause undertaken by you to fight against corruption. We also demand an inquiry in to the working of the Assistant Registrar office demanding bribe for issuing birth certificates. Yours truly, M K Gupta

Dear Friends, Greetings! The matter should be taken up with N.H.R.C., National Commission for Women and in the court against the atrocity committed by Noida Police. How can you justify the use of force when the demonstartors were unarmed? We are ready to assist in whatsoever manner. Hope the incident is not let to die. RTI is certainly a tool as pointed out by Mr Khemani but needs effective strategy to counter rich, powerful and influential people.
Regards, Rajeev Yadav, National President, B.Sc.,M.B.A.,L.L.B. Adhikaar the rights path, +919811242471.
