Dear all,
For the last about two years I could not keep
myself in touch with you all due to my ill health.I had an attack of
paralysis. How ever I am OK now but the weakness in right hand and in
vision is still there.
Further,I agree with the fact that, the unjustified & undue leniency
that we, thousands of RTI Users have experienced at the hands of ICs
is replication of what Judiciary has
been doing for ages condoning corrupt practices & irregularities of Govt
Bodies and, unfortunately, continue it to do to deny justice to common man.
But,in Northern Railway's Delhi Division RTI Cell,where I
am working as Co-ordinator, RTI these days, the thing are being changed
very fast. After joining the cell, about five months back, I had take
various positive steps for effective implementaion of RTI Act,and
found the positive results too.Now I request and invite my activist
Colleagues to visit DRM,N.Railway's RTI CEL,Delhi Division, and connect
the success storiesand get it applied in other offices too.
With kind regards,
N.N.KALIA.
