This shows that the DoPT has proceeded with the proposed amendments and has ordered publications of these rules in the Gazette of India but the letter does not have any date and the year mentioned is 2010. Also the DoPT letter does not have any number against the usual practice. Even since the last day of the last year, 20 days have lapsed but this has come to the knowledge now. Pl. check veracity of the letter too. I request for further infomation. .If the govt. has proceeded with its plans, it means that the public suggestions have been rejected.
