There is nothing like celebrating or feeling happy on this one single event. See the guts of such IAS people that they refuse to obey Government's Orders knowing well that they have committed crime. There are dozens of such BABUS who understand today's Government and its strategy to protect them because they have are the privileged men and hold prized posts.
