The project aims to
(a) minimize multiple message posts across RTI groups
(b) moderate spam
(c) control spammers
(d) weed out fake email IDs
(e) create backup groups in event of Yahoogroups facility being withdrawn.

The general rules have been framed by moderators of the participating groups.
In addition each group moderator may frame special rules for his/her group.

If any member is not agreeing to these rules they will be unsubscribed from
googlegroup as well as corresponding yahoo group.
