Hope some day in some case the Supreme court gives this judgement also that since any document that is a public document which should otherwise be publish on respective government website and any citizen that demand information of such document under his right to information, when demanding such information, it should not be necessary for citizen to reveal his personal identity, which may otherwise be used by those in authority to victimise the applicant., and all such information the applicant has right to receive even by email without in personal appearance or giving his postal address.
