What EXACTLY does section 17(3)(e) of RTI Act say. The version the public of India have says:
"has acquired such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his functions as the State Chief Information Commissioner or a State Information Commissioner."
What is the version YOU "Maharashtra Activists" have ? Does it say anything specifically about the Adarsh Building/CGHS in the chapter detailing the functions of the SIC ?

Dear Maharashtra Activists,
Times and other papers have prominently reported that Ramanand Tiwari and Suresh Joshi were both players in Adarsh Building scam. Let us all request the Governor to kick out Tiwari by using 17(3)(e) of RTI Act, and punish Suresh Joshi by stopping his pension.
Download this self-explanatory letter, sign and send to Governor: http://tinyurl.com/sacktiwari
If possible, translate in Marathi and Hindi, and share with us.
Let us send this letter to Governor in large numbers with thousands of signatures.
Warm Regards,
Krish
