As regard to the EVM... in my view, the software cannot alter the function of EVM but it's inbuilt embedded chip if made and embedded by the intention of vested interests only than it can be doubted otherwise not?

The use of paper is a wise act to wave-off the doubts and there should be no this..that..but questions. The hon'ble SC may suggest a solution to it if the Govt. & EC are of Honest Men Ria
