I do not know why marriage can be used for supporting reservation?

As per following mail, can the person below will agree to marry within his sons or daughters even to other dalit caste? Those are person/family choices. Also in current era many marriages are happening inter caste and inter religion.

And only considering "marriage" which is highly a personal choice, the reservation cannot be supported  Lets talk about the educational/mental l levels of the people, or merit inside him, instead of reasoning that why people chose Colgate toothpaste, or inablity to stop vehicle accidents completely first or inability to make a baby stop crying naturally or women talks more on phone as basis of reservations?

I really dont know why these people require reservation and a whopping 50%, the only rationale these people even the current dalit youth states, that "we are tormented and exploited for several years from your caste", if this is the case, why these people are not going after and demanding reservations and favours from British french or Portuguese people or Mughals, as even they have exploited these people. Also if this is the case, why these people are not grateful for any good things done to them in "those several years"? 

And after 60 years of reservation also they are not capable of uplifting of their society? Dont they have any self confidence or strength in performing at par with the other public?

But I SUPPORT RESERVATION, you know why? Because, it creates doyens of experts in open class due to bottle necking effect of reservation. A truely talented person gets selected and world sees talent, talent gets wealth and recognition though that makes the reservation fortunate dalit brother despair for want of more reservation. (Note :- this event is opposite in government employment as talent is never noticed and selection and promotions are regulated by reservation policies.).

Creating a merit based selection with 5% reservation for armed forces and BPL families is more than enough for a bright future of India where the fear of losing the govt job quickly to competition will be present Omnipotent and efficiency will be increased exponentially.

.....Till that happens, and till khap panchayats and caste honour killings continue, let's not pay lip service to abolition of reservation and pretend that caste discrimination does not exist
