the supreme court is a court for those who can pay fees in crores or at least in lakhs (an ordinary lawyer whose name is on Advocates on record charges Rs. 1.5 lakhs per hearing) you may refer the judgment in case of kasab lawyer Mr .Raju Ramchandra has received Rs. 11 lakhs as fees this official fees. The peoples are allowed how judges are functioning in the courts and even they cannot see how their agent(lawyers are always agents of their clients) is working and if he is willing to attend the hearing he has to obtain letter from his agent.
