Why only Ashish, every body knows this.
We are all with you for exposing this dirty family of guttersnipes.
When I was in IB from 1998, this case was very well known.
The 16 year old daughter of a tribal servant was raped by somebody
and set on fire by his security staff. MLC was done in RML, dying
declaration and FIR was lodged in Loddhi Rd thana on 18.Oct.2000.
All this was in IB records when I was there. No guesses for the suspect
named in dying declaration and all records will have been burnt
by now along with the girl.
