FYI, My complaint is about RTI and only about RTI. (Unfortunately only
Macauly's monkeys can read what I write)

The Electricity Discoms of Delhi are out of RTI because of Arvind
Kejriwal's gang.There is 3 pending Writs in the Delhi High Court on a
RTI pending since 2005 by me I filed to the DERC. The RTI matter has
gone up to the SC when I filed a contempt petition against then Secy
DERC for rampant electricity theft in Delhi without prosecution by
Discoms. The Petition was pending till last year (I will not go into
the mysterious and ex-parte .way in which my Contempt Petition was
dropped). So long as my Contempt
Petition was pending the haramis did not dare to raise electricity
bills in Delhi for over 6 years..

So please don't presume to lecture me about cheap publicity. I do not
want publicity. Everything I place on public domain is as a public
challenge to the haramis.

As a veteran of electricity hearings at the DERC, I may say that I
have never ever seen Mr Arvind Kejriwal file any response (why should
he when he is an outsider and not even a resident of Delhi) or appear
in any public hearing.

BTW: What have you or your organisation done in electricity reforms ?
