[HumJanenge] Bogus Representation of Peoples Act, 1950-51

Hello Friends,

Do you know Representation of Peoples Act, 1950-51 is a cospiracy
against Democracy, as it is all about only Election Process and
nothing about Representation Process? Are not both the Precesses
Different.

For better, real and stronger Democracy, country needs new perfect Act
immediately enacted with public suggestions.
