IC(SG) has ordered the CPIO of the C'IC to file the said Police
Complaint for "theft" / Loss of certain documents.
What I am surprised about is why IC(SG) took .2 years to take up this
appeal despite it being time barred as filed well outside the 90 days
allowed in law.
As usual I suspect foul play in IC(SG)'s Registry. As I recall
thatappellant Mr. Vijendra Singh of Meerut may be on our group,
perhaps he can assist us.
