Whether we like it or not, all of us have been. This lethargy & indecision to ensure disclosure under section 4 of RTI Act 2005 by every public authority, failure to chastise CIC & SIC commissioners, demuring to stand by solidarity with those who were corageous to  attempt to expose corruption but laid down their life & all of us after they were dead paid lip-sympathy shedding crocodile tears.

I agree with Bhaskar, all efforts to make the said RTI Act redundant should be opposed by mass movement mobilisation via letters, emails etc to political bosses across the country.
