Arbitration clause no bar to entertain complaint-
Even if there exists an arbitration clause in an agreement and the complaint is made by consumer in relation to certain deficienccy of service, then the existence of an arbitration clause will not be a bar to entertainment of the complaint by the redressal agency constitued under the consumer protection act. Since the remedy provided under this act is in addition to provisions of any other law in force.
