[HumJanenge] Re: India's Whistleblower Bill - A Comparison with International Best Practice Standards

Dear Venkatesh

1) The reason I (and every other member of HumJanenge - both
flavours ) did not get your attachment is because
a) You posted to HJ-YG which does not accept / forward attachments
(confirmed by Vishal)
b) You did not post to HJ-GG (this group) which does accept forward
attachments.

2) The other groups you posted to are niche groups which I am not a
member of.

Anyway will study attachment and comment if something occurs to me.
