1) Deconstruction, simple, practical, efficient (lean and mean, low footprint)
2) Diversity - more the better, Inclusiveness
3) Complete honesty and integrity of people in movement

Primarily : HRA/IAC is not afraid to take the Less Preferred positions,
or to advocate painful steps to be taken for the birth of a new star.
